Every other year I choose award winners who are then presented with their awards at the end of the show. These awards are for our Juniors and Seniors those who have made exceptional improvement in their ballet, and for those who always showcase a brilliant work ethic and determination. The Outstanding Achievement award goes to Ava. Ava not only took on the lead role of Mary in the Secret Garden, but she was also chosen out of hundreds of hopefuls to be a Royal Ballet Associate AND a Cecchetti Associate. This means attending classes at the Royal Ballet in Covent Garden every Saturday, classes at the Cecchetti Society on Sundays, all in addition to her regular ballet classes. We are so proud of how hard she has worked and are delighted to present her with this award.
